# The capacity plan grouped by date, for reading every site at once.

One row per day, with sites an array of the rows api.capacity_plan returns for that day, each one an
object with the same fields. A range across any number of sites is one answer, where the row-per-site
form would need paging.

p_filter narrows it to some of the work, read exactly as api.capacity_plan reads it.
