# The CWIP Plan: every asset of your organisation's latest CWIP upload (see capex_cwip_assets), with its plan beside it…

> The CWIP Plan: every asset of your organisation's latest CWIP upload (see capex_cwip_assets), with its plan beside it where it has one, and every plan whose asset the latest upload no longer has. id is the plan's, null for an asset not yet planned; cwip_asset_id is the upload's row, null for a plan whose asset is no longer in the latest upload (in_latest_upload false). row_key is the asset's Asset Code and Sub-Asset No. joined by a hyphen, which no two rows share.

asset_description, inv_order, business_area (BusA), sap_asset_class (Class) and acquisition_value are what the latest upload says of the asset, null where it no longer has it. project_name is null for now. class_category_id names the asset category whose code is the asset's SAP Class, where one is: the plan's asset class is then that category or one under it (see capex_cwip_plan_classes). location_id names the location whose code is the asset's BusA, where one is, and location_shift_factor is its Shift Factor, or 1: what a Plant and Machinery plan of this asset is depreciated at.

The plan's own: fiscal_calendar_id (the financial year PY1 is, from fiscal_year_starts_on to fiscal_year_ends_on), capitalization_date (the Estimated Capitalization Date), asset_category_id (the Asset Class), tnc_asset_type_id (for Plant and Machinery only), capitalization_value (the Estimated Capitalization Value). shift_factor and depreciation_rate_percent were written when the class was chosen and are kept while it stays. months_py1 to months_py5 are the months each of the planned year and the four after it depreciates the asset for, depreciation_py1 to depreciation_py5 each year's depreciation (value times rate over a hundred, over twelve, times months and shift factor), month_01 to month_12 the planned year's depreciation month by month from its first month, nothing before the month of capitalization, and depreciation_py1_total those months added up, which equals depreciation_py1. All are null until the figures they need are given.

plan_standing is NOT_PLANNED, DRAFT, SENT, APPROVED or REJECTED. plan_status is OPEN until the plan is decided, APPROVED when the last level of its workflow approves it (or at once when sent with no workflow to ask) and REJECTED when a level rejects it, with plan_status_reason what was said. request_id and request_display_status are its approval request, the open one where there is one; last_approved_by_name and last_approved_at who last approved a level of it, and when. plan_needs lists the columns it still needs before it can be sent or approved, empty when nothing. may_edit says whether you may change it now (or plan it, for an asset not yet planned), and may_send whether you may send it.

created_at, created_by_id and created_by_name say when the asset was first planned and by whom; updated_at, updated_by_id and updated_by_name when its plan was last changed and by whom. The last level's approval is carried out in the name of the person who sent the plan, so on an approved plan it is last_approved_by_name that says who approved it.

You see every row if you may view the CWIP Plan. Without that, you see a plan only while a step of its approval is waiting on you under your own authority.
