> The fiscal calendars a CWIP plan can be for: your organisation's, each one financial year. fiscal_year is the calendar year it ends in, and starts_on and ends_on its first and last days; PY1 of a plan is that year, and PY2 to PY5 the four after it. A calendar no longer in use is is_active false, and is listed so a plan already for it can still name it. Listed to you if you may view the CWIP Plan, or while a step of a CWIP plan's approval is waiting on you.
