# Replace your organisation's CWIP list with the rows of a file, or say every row that stops it.

> Replace your organisation's CWIP list with the rows of a file, or say every row that stops it. Needs finance.capex_cwip.edit.

p_file_name is the name of the file, kept on every row (at most 250 characters are kept). p_rows is the file's rows, at least one and at most 20,000, each an object of its cells as the sheet shows them: asset_code (SAP's asset number, a whole number of up to 12 digits, not 0), sub_asset_no (its sub-number, up to 4 digits, 0 for the asset itself), asset_description (up to 250 characters), inv_order (the internal order, up to 12 digits, may be empty), business_area (BusA, up to 20 characters), asset_class (Class, up to 20 characters), acquisition_value (a number, kept to two places, with up to 12 digits before the point; thousands separators, a rupee sign, a leading or trailing minus and brackets are read) and project_name (up to 2000 characters), and row, the row of the file it was read from, counting the heading as 1, which is given back with its problems. asset_code, sub_asset_no and acquisition_value may not be empty. A whole number's leading zeros are dropped. BusA and Class are kept as written and are not looked up. No two rows may have the same asset_code and sub_asset_no.

The file is all or nothing. Where every row is right, every row your organisation had is deleted and the file's rows inserted in their place, so capex_cwip_assets holds this file and nothing else. Where any row is not, nothing is changed. Nothing is written unless p_dry_run is false; a dry run, the default, answers exactly what the upload would.

Returns ok, dry_run, written (whether the list was replaced), file_name, rows (how many the file has), acquisition_value_total (what they add up to), replaced (how many rows the list held before, or holds now in a dry run), problem_count, and problems: the first 1,000 problems in the file's order, each with its row, column (the key above), value (the cell as given, cut to 60 characters for words that are too long), code, message and, by code, limit (the most digits or characters the column takes), length (how many characters the cell has) and first_row (the earlier row naming the same asset). code is MISSING, NOT_A_WHOLE_NUMBER, TOO_MANY_DIGITS, ZERO, TOO_LONG, NOT_A_NUMBER, TOO_LARGE, DUPLICATE or NOT_A_ROW.
