# What the MCP server says it was asked, answered and refused — with the person each call was
> made for. Refusals are the interesting rows: with no tenant tool list and no second ceiling above
the asker, a refusal is a person asking for something their own permissions do not cover, which is
the only thing it can now mean. Requires admin.integration.view.
