# Choose how this organisation answers a manufacturer and a model. One of three words.

> CHOOSE picks both off the register. MODEL_ONLY turns the Model box on the asset form into a text
field with suggestions and leaves every Manufacturer box a list. NAME turns the Manufacturer and
Model boxes on the asset, tool and part forms into text fields with suggestions.

Wherever a box is text, a name already on the register is matched to it, case and surrounding spaces
ignored; a name that is not there is added, in the same write as the record that named it. Nothing
already recorded changes, no column changes, and moving back down leaves the rows that were added
exactly where they are.
