A row is a stay rather than a move: entered_at is when the job arrived in the status and left_at when it moved on. The first row is the status the job was raised in, from when it was raised. reason is what was given with the move, where anything was; workflow_request_id is the approval request the move was held for, where an approver had to sign it.
