# The technician list.

> Team, site, skills, certifications, availability, load and the latest computed performance period.

user_id and user_email are the account they sign in with, and are read-only here: the link is made
from Settings → Access by api.add_user_to_workforce. Null is the ordinary answer for a contractor.
