Change several proposals’ rows on the consolidated capex plan at once, each exactly as save_capex_consolidated_line changes one.
p_lines is a list of rows, each an object holding the row’s id and every field save_capex_consolidated_line takes, named as the row’s columns are rather than as its parameters: item_description, quantity, capex_nature_id, justification, gst_rate_id, asset_block_id, coordinator_user_id, fresh_sanction_amount, approved_carryover_amount, carryover_cashflow_cy, carryover_order_reference, py1_carryover_outflow, py1_fresh_outflow, py2_outflow to py5_outflow and py1_month_01 to py1_month_12. Send each row whole: a field left out is saved empty. At most 1,000 rows.
Each row is saved or refused on its own, with every check, permission and Form Studio setting save_capex_consolidated_line applies: a refused row is left as it was and the others are still saved. While a row is with its approvers only the approver it is waiting on may change it; otherwise it needs finance.capex_consolidation.edit.
Returns one row per row sent, in the order sent: line_id, request_code (its Request ID, where you may see the row), ok, changed (the columns saving it changed, empty where it already held what was sent), and for a refused row the refusal’s error_code, message, hint and detail, as save_capex_consolidated_line would have raised it. A row sent twice is saved once, the second refused with DUPLICATE_LINE.
