The asset classes a CWIP plan can choose from: your organisation’s asset categories. path names a nested category with the categories above it, as the asset register does, and ancestor_ids lists the category and every category above it. An asset whose SAP Class is the code of one of these categories (class_category_id on capex_cwip_plans) may be planned only in that category or one under it — one whose ancestor_ids holds it; an asset whose Class is no category’s code may be planned in any. rate_percent is the class’s depreciation rate as a whole percentage (15 for 15%): the category’s Depreciation %, or the nearest category above it that has one, or null where none does. is_plant_and_machinery says whether the category or one above it is named Plant and Machinery (or Plant & Machinery): only such a plan is asked its TNC asset type and takes its location’s shift factor. A category no longer offered is is_active false, and is listed so a plan already in it can still name it. Listed to you if you may view the CWIP Plan, or while a step of a CWIP plan’s approval is waiting on you.
