Held actions: what was asked for, who asked, and where it has got to. display_status is the status to show (PENDING, ROLLBACK, REVISION, APPROVED, REJECTED, WITHDRAWN or FAILED). A request in REVISION is with its initiator, who alone may correct, resubmit or withdraw it (is_mine_to_resubmit), and the time it spends there is minutes_in_revision rather than minutes_waiting. A request in ROLLBACK names the levels it was rolled back to in rolled_back_to, which on a chain that branches can be fewer than the levels it waits on (waiting_on).
