Roll one step of a held request back to the level before it — the nearest steps behind it in the chain that approved, all of them where that level has several — with what needs changing, in your own name, or under a delegation you name, which is recorded on the step. It comes back to this step once that level has approved again. The screens call this Rollback; to hand a request to whoever raised it instead, send it for revision.
