Add one asset to the register, with the same numbering, rules, reference checks and approval gate as the Assets screen.
p_values holds the asset’s fields; the asset number is assigned by the tenant’s numbering and the status by its first state. p_custom_fields holds answers to the tenant’s own fields, keyed by field key. Returns the new asset, or status: PENDING_APPROVAL where the tenant’s approval rules hold it.
p_asset_id is for a caller that has to name the asset before it exists — the field app queueing a photograph behind an asset it is adding offline. Leave it out otherwise.

Add one asset to the register, with the same numbering, rules, reference checks and approval gate as the Assets screen.
p_values holds the asset's fields; the asset number is assigned by the tenant's numbering and the status by its first state. p_custom_fields holds answers to the tenant's own fields, keyed by field key. Returns the new asset, or status: PENDING_APPROVAL where the tenant's approval rules hold it.
p_asset_id is for a caller that has to name the asset before it exists — the field app queueing a photograph behind an asset it is adding offline. Leave it out otherwise.
