Every change to a CWIP plan, a row per field, in the shape of capex_proposal_change_logs: changed_by, changed_at, field_name, old_value, new_value and remarks. A plan is about no proposal, so request_id is the asset it plans, its Asset Code and Sub-Asset No. joined by a hyphen (4000123-0), proposal_name SAP’s description of the asset from the latest CWIP upload (null once the asset is no longer in it), and capex_cwip_plan_id names the plan. A plan’s creation is a row per field it was first saved with. The applicable depreciation rate and the shift factor are rows of their own when choosing an asset class changed them. The plan’s approval is activity APPROVAL. A field the approver it waits on changed during its approval is an EDITED row whose changed_at_step names their level. A row written when an approved request was carried out names whoever last approved that request as changed_by, not the person who sent it, for whom it was carried out. Listed to you if you hold finance.capex_change_log.view and may view the CWIP Plan.
