Body

capex_asset_blocks

The asset blocks a proposal on the consolidated capex plan can be put in: your organisation's asset categories. path names a nested category with the categories above it, as the asset register does. rate_percent is the block's depreciation rate as a whole percentage (15 for 15%): the number in the category's custom field named Depreciation %, or the nearest category above it that has one, or null where none does; a row planned in the block is saved with it as its depreciation_rate_percent. A category no longer offered is is_active false, and is listed so a proposal already planned in it can still name it. Empty until your organisation has asset categories. Listed to you if you may view the consolidated plan, or while a step of a proposal's planning approval is waiting on you.
