Put a record’s form back the way it was drawn when the organisation was set up.

The model’s own columns go back to where the model draws them. A field the product installed goes back to the section and order it was installed in; a field the organisation added goes to the fields in no section, after the product’s; and a section left holding nothing is removed. No field and no answer is deleted.

A column the tenant made mandatory stays mandatory, one it stopped asking stays withdrawn, and one it shows without letting the form answer stays frozen, and one a new record starts on keeps that starting value: this is a button about arrangement. A column the product asks every tenant to insist on keeps the tenant’s answer, ticked or not, so a later upgrade never insists on one the tenant relaxed.
