GCP instances, INTUNE managed devices, or an IMPORT of a file or REST export from an NMS, an EMS or anything else that can list what it manages. The connector runs on the collector, with a credential the collector holds, so the platform never has the cloud key or the NMS password. Settings depend on the connector — regions and a role for AWS, a tenant for Azure and Intune, projects for GCP, and an export’s location, format and column mapping for an import — and are refused if they look like a secret.
