The proposals in a plan, with what each was asked for, allowed, and phased to spend. scheme_value is fresh_sanction_amount plus approved_carryover_amount on a proposal written with them; both are null on one whose value was given as a single figure. plan_code and plan_name name the plan a proposal is on, division_name its division, fiscal_calendar_name the fiscal calendar the plan is counted on, and fiscal_year_start_month the month that calendar starts its financial year in, so fiscal_year 2027 on a calendar starting in April is April 2026 to March 2027. category_master_id (the Category) and budget_category_id (the Sub-Category) are values of your organisation’s lists named Category Master and Sub-Category Master, each beside the value’s name.

Each proposal is approved on its own, in one workflow holding every level of its approval. proposal_status says where it stands: DRAFT, IN_APPROVAL, UNDER_REVISION, APPROVED_FOR_PLAN once its last level has approved it, or REJECTED; PLAN_APPROVED and PLAN_REJECTED are a proposal the earlier whole-plan process decided. proposal_status_reason says what was last said about it and proposal_status_at when. request_id is its open request, or its last one, and request_display_status where that request stands, as your approvals show it: PENDING while a level is still to decide it, including after an earlier level has approved; ROLLBACK when a level has sent it back to the one before; REVISION while it is with its creator; APPROVED once the last level has approved it; REJECTED; or WITHDRAWN or FAILED where it ended that way. request_workflow and stage_two_error are from a second workflow proposals no longer go through: request_workflow is PROPOSAL, or CAPEX_PLAN on a request that workflow raised before it was retired, and stage_two_error is null. reviewed_at is when an approver first acted on it. is_final_approved is whether money may be opened against it, and is_live whether it counts in its division’s year; a proposal copied into a division plan by the earlier whole-plan process is not, because its copy is. initiator_user_id is the person its requests are raised for, who alone corrects it when it is sent back for revision.
