Every SLA extension granted on a work order, a row per field it changed: who asked (requested_by), when they asked (requested_at), which field (field_name, and field: DUE_DATE, REASON or REMARKS), what it was (old_value) and what it became (new_value). Each extension is those three rows in that order, so a job extended twice has six. Reason and remarks belong to the request and have no old value; a due date is in the job’s local time, as YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI, and as the instants old_at and new_at for a caller that formats its own. granted_at is when the extension took effect, which is later than requested_at where an approval chain held it. row_order is newest request first. A request still waiting or one refused is not here, since it moved nothing. Filter on work_order_id.
