What happened to a work order’s SLA, in the order it happened: targets set, the clock paused and resumed, warnings, and responses and resolutions met or breached.
target_at is the deadline an SLA_SET put in force; a later SLA_SET replaces it. sla_source says where a target came from, MANUAL being an extension somebody granted. The clock as it stands now is on work_orders. Filter on work_order_id.
