Correct what a meter reading from the last thirty days says, and return what it said before.

Correct what a meter reading from the last thirty days says, and return what it said before. Every correction is kept in api.meter_reading_corrections with who made it, when, the figure before and after, and the reason if one was given. If the meter still stands at the corrected reading, its current reading moves too and any maintenance the new figure falls due for is raised. On a meter that only counts upwards the figure must lie between the readings either side of it, and on one that wraps it may not change whether the dial wrapped. A reading older than thirty days, or one carried over from an energy supply point, is refused.
