The asset blocks a lot of a capex proposal’s capitalization plan can land in: the values of your organisation’s list named Asset Block Master, in the order the list puts them. rate_percent is the block’s depreciation rate as a whole percentage (15 for 15%), given beside its name on that list, or null where it has none; a lot saved in the block keeps it as its depreciation_rate_percent. is_plant_and_machinery says whether the block is Plant and Machinery, read from its name (“Plant and Machinery” or “Plant & Machinery”): only such a lot is asked its TNC asset type and takes its location’s shift factor. A block no longer offered is is_active false, and is listed so a lot already in it can still name it. Empty until that list exists and has values. Listed to you if you may view the capitalization plan, or while a step of a capitalization approval is waiting on you.
