The lots a capex proposal's capitalization plan is capitalized in, each with its depreciation.
The lots a capex proposal’s capitalization plan is capitalized in, each with its depreciation.
capitalization_date is the day the lot becomes an asset and capitalization_value what it is capitalized at; the lots of a plan add up to its total capitalization value before it can be approved. asset_block_id is its block, a value of your organisation’s Asset Block Master list, and tnc_asset_type_id its TNC asset type, a value of the TNC Asset Type Master list, given only where the block is Plant and Machinery (is_plant_and_machinery). asset_block_value is what it is depreciated on. depreciation_rate_percent (the Applicable Depreciation Rate) is the block’s rate and shift_factor (the Shift Factor proposed) the proposal’s location’s Shift Factor for Plant and Machinery and 1 otherwise, both as they were when the lot was saved in its block, and kept while it stays there.
Worked out, never stored, for the planned year (PY1) and the four after it: months_py1 to months_py5 are the months of each year the lot is depreciated for, 12 for a year it was capitalized before, 0 for a year it is capitalized after, and otherwise from the month of the capitalization date to the year’s last month, both counted; depreciation_py1 to depreciation_py5 are asset_block_value times depreciation_rate_percent over a hundred, over twelve, times that year’s months and shift_factor, rounded to two places. month_01 to month_12 are the planned year’s depreciation shared equally among its months from the month of capitalization to the twelfth, rounded to two places with the twelfth taking the rounding, and null for the months before; depreciation_py1_total adds them up and equals depreciation_py1. Every worked-out figure is null where the lot’s block has no rate.
You see the lots of every plan you can see in capex_capitalization_plans.
