Uploading a drawing
On the Floor plans tab of a site: Upload a drawing, as a PNG, JPEG or WEBP image. Say whether it’s of the whole site or of one location — a plan of the whole site marks its locations and anything standing on them; a plan of one building or floor marks the places inside it and the assets in them. A site can hold several plans — a ground floor, a first floor, a yard — shown as a row of chips you can drag into the order you want.Marking areas
With a plan open, draw a rectangle or a polygon over an area and link it to a location or an asset. Drawing and reading are different modes, so opening a plan never risks moving a region by accident — switch into drawing mode deliberately.What the colours mean
Each area is coloured by the worst thing currently true of what’s linked to it:
Which signals count as “needs attention” versus “worth watching”, and the health-score thresholds
that go with them, are a configurable rule — What the colours mean on the tab shows and edits it.
Colours refresh on their own roughly once a minute, because they describe a live condition rather
than a property of the drawing.
